Kokes tosses 718 series in NCCS sweep
AUSABLE FORKS — Chris Kokes fired a 241-244-233-718 series at Riverside Lanes on Wednesday to power the second-place Northeastern Clinton boys to a 6-4 victory over third-place AuSable Valley in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference bowling.
Matt Jolicoeur added a 207-244-613 triple for the Cougars, while Kyle Sebert rolled a 223 game and Joey Robert a 218.

Josh Taylor paced the Sentinels with a 235-212-620 triple. Jimmy Provost added a 222 game and 546 set.
Brianna Smith’s 174 game and 465 series, and Madison Dumas’ 172 game and 448 triple led the NCCS girls to a 4-0 sweep.
Marissa Prentiss tossed the high scores for the Patriots with a 163 game and 393 series.

PLATTSBURGH — Matt Corrow fired a 213-247-258-718 series at North Bowl Lanes to help lead the first-place Beekmantown boys.
Ryan Douglas added a 232-264-687, Matt Dwyer a 205-220-247-672, Dennon Walantus a 217-245-654, Andrews Roberts a 203-214-236-653, and Ryan Munson a 211-237-625 as the Eagles had six bowlers with 600 series or better.
Josh Shaffer was a standout for the Hornets with a 234-234-244-712 series, while Nick Dodd added a 213 game and 589 triple.
The first-place Beekmantown girls also recorded a sweep as Paedyn Mattioli led the way with a 213 game and 567 series, Harley Wells a 234 game and 557 triple, and Taylor Lavalley a 191 game and 512 series.
Brooke Marbut’s 171 game and 475 triple were the high scores for Plattsburgh High.

The high series of the match was turned in by the Warriors’ Dakoda Latford, who tossed a 212-208-590 triple.
Gabi Yeager rolled a 486 series, Alyson Arnold a 467 and Kaitlyn Arthur a 217 game and 450 as the Willsboro girls swept their way to a win.
Katie Downey’s 169 game and 437 series were high for Saranac.

Nikki French’s 177 game and 417 triple led the Vikings.
In the boys’ match, Jonathan Bowman tossed a 202-208-248-658 series to power Peru to its win.
Cole Cragle added a 213 game and 561 triple for the Indians, and Kyle Mendofik finished with a 190-197-560 set.
The high scores for Moriah included a 187 game and 485 series from Dillon Adkins.
