PLATTSBURGH — Peru's Jonathan Bowman and the Beekmantown boys' team made the biggest noise for Section VII at this past weekend's NYSPHSAA Bowling Championships, held at Strike-n-Spare Lanes in Syracuse.

PLATTSBURGH — Beekmantown boys and girls each captured the CVAC title this season and will look to add a sectional championship.

PLATTSBURGH — Chief boys capture victory, while Mary Hutti leads Saranac over Vikings girls in CVAC bowling.

WILLSBORO — Willsboro girls blank PHS behind Yeager's 570 series; PHS boys win 8-2.

TICONDEROGA — The Sentinels won a CVAC girls' bowling match, while the AuSable Valley boys also won.

PLATTSBURGH — Taylor Lavalley's 634 series helps the Eagles win the regular season title. Beekmantown and Moriah boys, Willsboro girls capture CVAC bowling wins.

ROUSES POINT — Jon Brown tossed a 235 game and 618 series on Friday to lead the Franklin Academy boys to an 8-2 non-league bowling win over Northeastern Clinton at Bowl Mart Lanes. Meanwhile, the Franklin Academy girls swept their way to a 4-0 win behind Brooke Peck's 185-180-508 triple and Aimee Fleury's 191 game and 490 series.

PLATTSBURGH — Peru, Ticonderoga also capture sweeps in CVAC bowling.
