Beekmantown boys, girls knock down NCCS bowlers
ROUSES POINT — Ryan Douglas rolled a 246-229-656 series at Bowl Mart Lanes Thursday to help give the Beekmantown boys an 8-2 victory over Northeastern Clinton in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference bowling.
Ryan Munson added a 246 game and 606 triple for the Eagles, while Matt Dwyer chipped in with a 214 game and 594 set.
The Cougars were led by Matt Jolicoeur with a 203-214-608 series, Chris Kokes a 236-606 and Joey Robert a 212-588.
The two points picked up by NCCS were the first two allowed this season by the first-place Eagles (68-2).
On the girls’ side, Paedyn Mattioli led the way with a 170-205-180-555 series as Beekmantown won all four points. Taylor Lavalley chipped in with a 205 game for the Eagles.
Brianna Smith paced the Cougars with a 151-159-434 triple.
