Peru's Seymour earns All-American status

VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia — Troy Seymour went 6-3 at the National High School Coaches Association Senior Wrestling Championships and earned All-American honors.

Section VII lands three wrestlers in state semifinals

ALBANY — Peru's Nick Forget (126) and Troy Seymour (170), along with Beekmantown's Gage Bourdeau (182), advanced to today's semifinals by each winning two matches.

Section VII sends 15 to wrestling states

PLATTSBURGH — Section VII wrestlers short on experience this season with only seven previous sectional winners in the group.

PLATTSBURGH — Matt Lashway won the 182-pound weight class Saturday to help lead the Northern Adirondack wrestling team to the championship in the Jason Lowell Memorial Tournament at Mount Mansfield Union, Vt.
